Question 1

What exactly does Happy Home Assistant do?

Accepted Answer

We professionally disinfect and clean heat pumps and other household appliances.

Question 2

Why should I get my heat pump cleaned?

Accepted Answer

Over time, dirt, dust, pollen, and mold build up in your heat pump. An annual cleaning removes that buildup.

Question 3

How often do I need a heat pump cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Most homes benefit from an annual cleaning, especially in coastal Cape Breton where salt air and dust can accumulate faster. Think of it as an oil change for your heat pump.

Question 4

Do you clean outdoor inverters?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We clean both indoor heat pump units (heads) and outdoor units (inverters).

Question 5

How long does a typical cleaning take?

Accepted Answer

For 1 head and 1 inverter, it usually takes about 2.5 hours. The more units there are, the longer it takes. Our cleaning time reflects the thoroughness of our service.

Question 6

Is the service safe for my home and family?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use professional-grade tools and safe cleaning methods to remove buildup while respecting your walls, furniture, decor, and indoor environment.
